V festival

Went to V the other weekend and it was such a fun weekend with all the girls. Highlights definitely included Eminem & Rhianna and the terrifying experience that was Chase and Status. I mean I knew their music is dance music, so I was expecting to get pushed around a little, but oh my god I nearly got stood on so many times from being pushed to the floor! Fires being started, smoke bombs flying around in the middle of the tent. Was safe to say I did not stay till the end of that act. The weather was fab ( a little too fab, I burned ..alot, peeling is not sexy), the company was great and my first time experience of a festival was amazing. Would definitely go again, even with the crime against nature portaloos...

ABSOLUT-LY LOVE

Since I did an essay on advertising recently for University, I've become obsessed with all things adverts. I focused on the Absolut Vodka brand in my essay and loved researching the history of their advertising and how creative they are. It just so happens they have a new advert out which I saw the other day. I really want one of those cut out vodka bottles to decorate, it would be so cool to do.

LOVE

I got an absolute bargain today. I saw this backpack months ago in ASOS magazine and loved it. Then my mind wondered like it normally does and I totally forgot all about it until recently. I went online and was so disappointed that it had sold out. So today on one of my many ebay visits I found it for £23 on buy it now! I am so pleased I found it! It will keep all my stuff handy at v festival. I'm really loving Aztec print at the moment, it's so vibrant and energetic, perfect for both summer and winter.

holiday

I've just come back from a lovely holiday with all my family in Spain. It was lovely, just relaxing in the Villa and having some gorgeous meals out. Soon I have another few trips planned with the girls, V festival late August and hopefully (if all gets planned) a trip to Amsterdam. Although that then means the end of summer..meaning I have to tackle the dreaded work load for University. I'm also hoping on getting some work experience with a few PR/Marketing Companies based in Liverpool. I really need to get organised.
